The progression of progress progresses

Better sleep last night. Woke up at one point, heard the rain, and drifted back off to sleep. That was nice.

Pushed forward on a few different fronts today — the freelance work, some SFWA stuff, chatting with the kids, and writing. So overall, a very good day.

Dogwood colors are deepening, and they’ve opened more

In the book I’m indexing, I have been rather amused at some of the things that were said in sermons hundreds of years ago. Can’t imagine hearing those sorts of words from the pulpit today.
