sign I might want to consider getting more sleep

Took the baby to a new doctor's office this morning. (Ironically, the doctor's office that we transferred the older child away from, but that's another story.)

I was filling out the paperwork, and at one point, I found myself staring blankly at the page in front of me. Father's name . . . yeah, that was easy. But I couldn't think of the mother's name. *sigh*
