It's an animation of the Bayeux Tapestry--In 1066, Harold is crowned king of England and sends messengers to this effect to France. William is upset at Harold's betrayal. William builds a fleet of ships, sails to England, builds a castle, burns the countryside, and marches to meet Harold in battle. Harold and his brother both die. The Normans triumph, and William the Conqueror becomes King of England.

Oh, that. You mean a narration showing the relevant sections of the Tapestry as it goes?

Not precisely--they actually animated the figures of the tapestry to show trees being chopped, sails billowing, horses running, and so forth. The narration is words displayed in the blank spaces.
