Doctor says that a baby of 14 pounds at 3 months old has no reason to *not* be sleeping through the night, without feedings. (Yeah, she's at the 90th percentile for both length and weight.) Not 100% sure I agree with him, especially his arbitrary "Under no circumstances feed her in the morning before 7 a.m. unless Mom needs to go to work."
I'm a fan of co-sleeping myself. Told the husband I didn't know that I was emotionally ready for the separation. On the flip side, hubby's been asking for a while when we put her in her own room. So I'm feeling a tad out-voted on this.
On the plus side, last night was better. She still woke twice, but I got her back to sleep without picking her up. The second time, in fact, her complaint seemed to be mostly that she'd wiggled around and smashed her face up against the bars.
