But for a good reason. I’ve been feeling sluggish and short of breath, and I’m prone to bronchitis. So I went to the doctor this morning, which between the appointment and the pharmacy took a chunk out of my day. Also, um, didn’t do the exercises today, but I’m pleading health.

The good news is that I actually went before it turned to bronchitis this time. I’m hoping that means it’ll be knocked out quickly by the medication.
