Instructions: List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they're any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying now. Post these instructions in your Livejournal along with your seven songs. Then tag seven other people to see what they're listening to.
1. L'Oiseau de Feu (Firebird) -- Stravinsky
2. Ride of the Valkyries -- Wagner
3. White Christmas -- Bing Crosby
4. Gloria -- Michael W. Smith
5. Ice Cream -- Sarah McLachlan
6. Joy to the World -- Nat King Cole
7. March from the Nutcracker -- Tchaikovsky
I'm a traditionalist, for the most part, which is why the bias toward Christmas songs right now. Firebird's always grand, the Valkyries are from NaNo, and "Ice Cream" has this wonderful lyric "Your love is better than chocolate." That's some pretty sweet loving, and definitely how I feel about my husband. In case anybody was curious. But now for the difficult bit -- tagging 7 people who haven't been already.
Let's see:
touch_of_ink,
kyleri,
cammykitty,
nickigirl,
adais,
cyn2write, and
matociquala (because I love looking at what she's listening to! Vienna Teng is now on my wish list for Christmas.).
