What kind of music do you like?

Eclectic. I don't listen to acid rock, rap or hip-hop (and don't really understand the distinction between those two), but just about everything else is fair game.

My iTunes has Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald, show tunes, Wynton Marsalis, Blondie, Bon Jovi, Enya, lots of country (more current than classic, though I've got some Patsy Cline and Johnny Cash), Christian pop and Christian rock, Celtic, Gregorian chant, classical (love Baroque in particular), some alternative, a little bit of blues, a little Latin, pop (including Simon & Garfunkel, which I would actually classify as folk, but there's no telling what iTunes will do, as well as Madonna, All-4-One, Seal, Neil Diamond, and Joshua Kadison), ZZ Top, some world music, and lots of Christmas.

Of course, we have many CDs that haven't made it to my computer, too. :-)

What's your favorite book (or one of your favs)?

I was talking about this with marfisk last week. I don't really have favorites. I read books, I love them, but favorites? Closest I have to favorites -- Alice in Wonderland (and Alice Through the Looking-Glass) and Lord of the Rings. I liked Oliver Twist and Lost Horizon too.

I'm the same way. I can't single out one single book, but among my most cherished books are The Chronicles of Narnia and The Neverending Story.

Oh, yes, I love Narnia! I have never read Neverending Story, although I enjoyed the movie.

Me too! At least...I did as a kid. I found Neverending Story 1 & 2 on a single DVD for $8 at Target so I got it. And...it's pretty cheesy. But it was amazing when I was a kid. Same with the BBC production of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.
