Happy New Year! Happy new blog!
Dec. 31st, 2015 03:44 pmIf you’re reading this on my site, you can see that I’ve redecorated! My site hasn’t changed in the five years I’ve had it, so it’s past time for a new look. I hope you like it! Please let me know if you can’t find anything, or if something isn’t working as you expect it to.

Meanwhile, here’s a quick summary of my writing-related items for this year.
Stories published:
11 drabbles at SpeckLit (The 11th wasn’t categorized correctly: Second Horseman)
“Blood and Gold” in The Mammoth Book of Dieselpunk (Amazon U.S., Amazon U.K., B&N, IndieBound)
“Adapt or Die” in Aphrodite Terra
Articles published:
Novelette round-up in the Nebula issue of the SFWA Bulletin
Participation in Mind Melds:
Movie better than the book
Favorite genre TV
Novels self-published:
The Corn Maze Murders (third in the River Corners Mysteries)
Bodyguard of Lies (first in an SF trilogy)
Only one new short story completed this year; submitted to the WERE- anthology. Couple others in progress.
Also in progress is the second book of the SF trilogy.
Applied for a grant from the Sustainable Arts Foundation, but was turned down.
Think that’s it for my highlights this year. How was your 2015?
