I am on Twitter now--entirely because of Holly Lisle's birthday giveaway contest. If you're interested, I'm at http://twitter.com/EHartshorn

The Ambition of the Short Story--a nice little essay in the New York Times. Don't remember where I got the pointer.

Following [livejournal.com profile] kalima62's link to the J!nx T-shirt site, I discovered this, which I must buy: Level 1 human. Yes, yes, I know. Human is not a class. It's still adorable!

I know there was something else I intended to put into this entry, but can't remember what.

Oh, this wasn't it, but--wow! The artwork in the Boskone 46 flyer is phenomenal!

Been a while since I've done this. However, there were a bunch I wanted to share with [livejournal.com profile] bonniers, and it occurred to me others might also be interested.

I was tempted to do a complete link dump today. On the other hand, my friends in chat barely manage to put up with the number of links I dump at one time. Yes, I've been reading blogs and RSS feeds rather than working on my outline, though I *think* I did get most of Jayson's issues sorted out.

So, not a complete link dump, just a partial one:

How about a round-up of word-related links? From the Chicago Tribune. I keep forgetting about Language Hat, so this was a good reminder. My only quibble is that the URLs aren't actual links. :-P

Mind you, many of these are ones I've just driven through. Looks good, though. I haven't visited enough countries to make the country map worth doing.
