"If you read this, if your eyes are passing over this right now, even if we don't speak often, please post a comment with a memory of you and me. It can be anything you want -- good or bad. When you're finished, post this little paragraph on your blog and be surprised (or mortified) about what people remember about you."

I remember how we competed for word count during Nano 2006. I was new to FM and Nano and you were very friendly.

Thanks

It's out for critting now and it looks like it needs extensive revisions, perhaps even a complete rewrite. Heck, it's a first novel, what do you expect? ;-)

Right now, I'm trying to apply lessons learned to several new projects - better story arcs, clearer obstacles, that sort of thing. The goal is to get one more completed first draft done by the end of July.

Basiltine taught me a lot, but it'll stay on a shelf itself for awhile.

The chat just a couple of weeks ago, when I discovered that I had forgotten your baby's name.

I remember finding you on FM because of your link to "The Plot Bunny Farm." It made me laugh, so I visited, and I've been here (though often lurking) ever since.
